I have a urgent problem ubb6 has alot of places in the control panel to put code I have a freemail option that I use on my board. Cant put it in the header in the control panel cause of my dropdown menu.
In the footer which is where it is now it looks bad. I have tryed inserting it in the section of the cp that is suppost to put it right above the fourms, but it leaves a large blank space in my board which looks bad. is it my code thats causing that. Or is it just where Im trying to put the mail login option. I had it inserted into ultimate.cgi in 547 right below tabletop 1
and it looked fine. Can anybody help I can e mail the code to some one if they would look at it. or now its in the footer of my board... view source

um........why dont u put it in the news section go into style settings i belive and in the news place!

Do you meen in the fourm intro section I have tryed that its spacing it down like it does in the footer maybe I ought to try clearing cache any more Ideas would be greatly appreciated.

speed... i'msure you can place it in your header... depending of your table layout... if you want i can make some tesst for you on my board... just let me know

its because of your form tags.....make a table and place them in betwene td tags like outside the output. Understand?

You guys lost me I just got used to editing cgi and perl files and now they made it simpler I think? I can send you my mail script and Then maybe I can figure out this whole template thing. the fourm intro section would be the place to put it but it spaces it there just like in the footer. Putting it in the header would cluter it up. Theres probably a tag that I havent worked with to fix this

I really need to setup a download I hate posting script. Anybody can use this if they wont I have it trnsparent. just change the links...

Can someone take a look at the script above and show me how to keep it all togeather on the page I have it in the footer insert in the cp now, but even the mailbox gif dosent stay in the right place. It leaves a large blank spot above it. I am going to move it into the fourm intro box in the cp when I figure out how to get it undre control..
