Seperating the categories is quite simple. Just open up public_forum_summary.pl and find:

Then if you look about five or six lines up there should be a $TBT tag, replace that one with:

[code][/code]But remember you will need to set defined widths to each column forums in the summary as well so that things look lined up. If you don't it will be all out of place. Also remember that if you have who's online and the calendar set up as a category style, they will not seperate, and will attach to the first category I belive...

I cannot tell you how to do the image thing like GlassRattler without permission, as it is his decision if he wishes to release that or not.

Like you said I'm going to have to find how to align everything here.

And the News Fader Calendar and whos online weren't join with the first category they were seperate. Only thing the bevel cell went out.

Going to look at this later when I have some time

It shouldnt be to hard to align them, you just need to find the right <td> tags and pop in the width... they are even commented to make it easier...

I think I'm going to have to play in the ubb_forum_summary.cgi too because all the who's online calendar and news fader are all align on left. I tried all TD tag to aligne them in center and none work.

It now late so I'm going to look at it tomorw

Another thing is that the bevel cell diseaperead only in the whos online news fader and calendar. So I think I,ll have to change some stuff in ubb_forum_summary.cgi too.

By align I mean set defined widths so the columns align... you shouldn't have to edit ubb_forum_summary. The reason bevels won't show up would be because your not using $TBT to make the new tables for those particular items.

Well go look at the board now. I'm going to leave it with the seperated category !

you need to move your forum description down some. I tried doing what your trying but never got the dam thing to line up or the whos online calendar and newsfader to center either.
