How does ubbdev accomplish putting their system into or on HTML? (for lack of better words) For example, when you enter in a forum, in the URL above you get something like this https://www.ubbdev.com/ubbcgi/ultimatebb.cgi/forum/8.html? Thanks in advance as always

That is done using the spider option in the control panel. It's not really a html file, it just fakes out the server to think it's really seeing one... mainly for search engines...
