I do a lot of copying and pasting in my html programming, and am a novice writer. What I'm trying to do is place a UBB topic on an HTML page over a fixed background. At first I tried finding out how to fix the background in UBB, but that got me nowhere, so now I'm trying to find out how to insert it into a table over the existing fixed background.
