I have a very stupid question. I am in a real hurry to get my board up, I have many things to do. What file do I edit to change the way my main page looks when people see it? I don't edit the ultimatebb.cgi do I? Sorry I am really new.

It's in your control panel under one of your style templates. Might be the default, might be one you created.
