I'm having difficulties recreating this, but I can assure you other users have run into it several times.

Basically when you go to www.webdrenalin.com/ubbcgi, an index.html sets 3 frames, 1 on top, the ubb in the middle, and 1 on bottom. This allows for upper and lower navigation throughout my boards. Now, here's the problem, the top and bottom frames are 2 different cgi files, the issue is, every now and then a user will see the TOP bar in the top frame (like it supposed to be), but then it seems to have duplicated itself, and sent it to the bottom frame! This results in TWO top frames for navigation. I have to refresh a couple times to fix it. Any ideas?
