I foound and used this cool little script today that i figured i'd share with you all.

What it does is when a page is loaded with this script on it, It will open a PopUp window after a set amount of time. Then it will Close the popup after another set amount of time.
you can set the popups size and features as well. Works Great. I used it in a Link Database script that i finished today.

here is the code:
Add this to the <*head> tag

You can Modify the variables with whatever you want.

Then, Add THIS to your Body tag:
