Weird URLS being assigned to links from PALS

Hi guys,

I've installed PALS to 2 new sites, and ive noticed that if you click on say a news item, or a latest thread, its giving the correct link.. ie rather than using & its using /..

example:

http://www.amguk.com/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat/0/Number/1

Which of course fails... any idea what I've missed as im sure its not the code.. always a user error...
