Got a, hopefully, quick question or two. First, I have IIP installed and was wondering if there was a way to make it so that when folks log on they are directed to the "Entrance" page. There was a modification listed that was supposed to re-direct them to which ever page they were previously viewing, but that didn't work. I am using 4.6.2 (I think...sorry for being vague).
Secondly, and maybe not so easy. I'm trying to devleop a Trouble Ticket forum. I have Most everything working but I need to be able to append a sequentially incremental number to the beginning of the Subject. I know how to modify the subject line at the time of posting, but my SQL sillz are um...non-existant. Anyone able to give me an idea of how to go about this?
