If you feel your mods have become stable and most of the bugs have been worked out, please reply to the thread asking for it to be moved to the "Finished Mods" forum.
We will move the thread (leaving a pointer).
If bugs pop up we can always move it back. But this way we have only one threads going for each mod... with all the discussion and the most current file attached to the first post.
