I'm using OLM/Webaxxs. I've been there for over a year and everything has been fine.
I especially like the prices:
400MB disk space and 8GB of traffic per month, plus all the things necessary to run wwwthreads for only $14.99 per month. Tech support isn't great concerning mySQL but they're just fine with nearly everything else.
