I have been following the progress of the software and the speed in which Rick has been responding to folks who point out bugs or things they feel are bugs. I just wanted to post a note and say lets give a hand for Rick's thorough and very speedy service. He does not take offense when folks point out something that could potentially be a bug. Instead, he thanks folks for their assistance in squashing problems. This is a MAJOR reason why I have been so sold on this product - it's the service that comes along with it. Great job Rick!
